I Am Now is a keyboard extension app for iOS devices that helps users express themselves better by providing rephrase suggestions using OpenAI API. By using the app, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in its terms of use, which require them to use the app solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit through the app and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app owner from any damages or losses arising from their use of the app or content submitted through the app.The app and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by the app owner. Users agree not to use or reproduce any of the app’s intellectual property without prior written permission from the app owner. The app owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users agree to use the app at their own risk and agree that the app owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or from any content, information, or materials accessed through the app. The app does not collect or store any personal information from users. It uses the text entered by users to send to Open AI API to get rephrase suggestions but does not store this text or the rephrase suggestions received from Open AI API. The app uses Open AI API for rephrase suggestions and Google Analytics for tracking anonymous app usage. The app offers a paid subscription that provides access to all app features. Subscription will automatically renew on either a weekly or monthly basis at the then-current rates. Prices may change from time to time, but subscribed users will continue to pay the price they originally bought the subscription for. Users who cancel a paid subscription do not have the entitlement to claim any partial or complete reimbursement for the amount paid previously for the subscription.
