  I am a practicing physical therapist and a fitness and nutrition specialist in the Indianapolis area. I am a driven person who believes in continuously learning. I have had the opportunity to build my physical therapy, training, nutrition and human performance knowledge. Courses I have taken outside of my normal coursework while attending Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine included NASM CPT, TRX, Active Release Technique (Upper and Lower Quarter), Precision Nutrition (Level 1 Certification), Postural Restoration Institute (Postural Respiration, Pelvis Restoration, and Cervico-Cranial-Mandibular Restoration [TMCC]), BioForce Conditioning, and ImPACT concussion specialties. I believe in the importance of building human performance using a multidisciplinary approach at all ages. I have had the pleasure of training and working with clients/patients of all ages and with many different skill levels. I have worked with people that have never worked out to college athletes. One thing reigns true throughout all of these experiences and that is these people have specific performance goals that they want to achieve. These goals vary from walking to the mailbox in the morning after having a total knee replacement to hitting 20 plus home runs this season. My job is to use the knowledge I have acquired as well as using other professionals in my network to best get you to that goal.
