- I am a petroleum engineering enthusiast with over 12 years of diverse & demonstrable technical and leadership experience in delivering techno-commercially efficient integrated field & area development studies in the upstream industry. I have worked on various assets in Malaysia and Iraq and possess a solid skillset in reservoir engineering. From Dynamic modeling, numerical simulation, and consulting perspective, I have worked extensively on brownfield rejuvenation projects and green field development plans for oil, gas, and condensate assets using simulation tools (Eclipse, tNav, CMG) coupled with analytical techniques. Been leading consulting reservoir engineer to more than 09 fields under water and gas injection for prudent reservoir management and surveillance and improved substantial recoveries. I have performed full field reviews of several fields with economic evaluations. Done decision trees on prospect evaluation with resource and reserve estimation and reporting as per SPE PRMS and SEC regulations. From an Operational perspective, I have worked as a reservoir engineer for producing assets and prospects, witnessing operations, generating and overseeing reservoir management and surveillance plans for field development and production forecasts for a variety of assets under primary, secondary and tertiary recoveries. I have used both classical and modern reservoir engineering techniques (DCA, material balance, volumetrics, PTA and RTA), reservoir management & surveillance, well intervention and work-over planning and production performance analysis/stimulation candidate selection and job program preparation/HSE. From a production engineering perspective, I have developed integrated area development plans to find opportunities to enhance, optimize and sustain the productions. This includes the data acquisition plans (production logging, MIT, etc). In addition, I have reviewed more than 200+wells consisting of producers and injectors for behind casing, work-over, well intervention and stimulation opportunities. I have used PETEX IPM tools, IHS Fekete Suits, Kappa Ecrin suites and likes. I have excellent production data analysis skills.
