Responsibilities *Manage incoming and outgoing IT Assets such as PCs, Monitors, and accessories. Refresh PCs and prepare systems for deployment to new and existing employees. Use KP tools to execute PC activity. Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements. Escalate quickly when issues arise. Assist other technicians as needed.

* Provided Help Desk support/troubleshoot end users' desktop or laptop hardware/software issues. * Provided Desktop Support by re-imaging desktops or laptops, uninstalled and re-installed software, imaged new or replacement PCs for new on boarding employees and current employees. * Deployed PCs to new employees and collect PCs from terminated employees.

*Manage I.T. eProcurement tickets - (new hire, repair, termination, swap) Deploy and Retrieve Laptops/Desktops to new hires/from terminated employees Collect and manage termination Hard Disk Drives from terminated employees Transport laptops/desktop to and from IT Department for Imaging Work with HR on New Hire's PC if required Manage and organize assets & accessories in the inventory Check in Laptops & Accessories from shipments Update PC Assets & Accessories Inventory Logs Assist new hires and existing users with Monitors Assembly & Mounting Record all assets deployed/retrieved Create monthly summary of asset deployment/receiving Support users with asset related issues Setting up new workstations for new/existing employees Assist new hires with Installing copier/printer drivers Train new hires & existing users on how to use eProcess to order for PC Accessories & PC Service Request Prepare Assets for outgoing shipping Work with Off -Boarding Coordinators to retrieve laptops Manage MPS Printers on a daily basis Monthly Physical Inspection of all Manged Print Services (MPS) Printers Troubleshoot Minor copier/printer issue(s) Wipe & Clean copiers as needed Replenish copy paper when needed Replace Toner when needed Replace Imaging Unit when needed Relocate copier/printer to another locations Package old Toners to send out for recycling Provide Excellent Customer Service to All Employees My contract was terminated early because I checked into the hospital and didn't know the ETA date to return to work.

*Under the direction of the IT Manager, the essential duties of an employee in this position include responsibility for carrying out the following functions: 1. Respond to and resolve end user requests concerning computer hardware, software and network access. 2. Configure and install Hope Services end user computing hardware and software. 3. Assist with the management and maintenance of all Hope Services computer hardware, software and related items. 4. Work with departments on specific software selection, application set up and migration. 5. Assure compliance with organizational policies and procedures along with safety programs with respect to the IT department. 6. Develops technical and user instructional manuals or write-ups as necessary. 7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the IT function.
