-Directly supervise team of 20 across two states. Coach and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals. Make sure each employees’ office is operating within SOP, HIPAA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations as outlines per state. Conduct yearly compliance audits. Deliver disciplinary action via growth plans and or corrective action planning. Coach and mentor employees who wish to excel beyond their current roles. Write and deliver yearly evaluations. Plan and execute team meetings. -Manage partnerships accounts between behavioral health partners and Genoa Healthcare. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled. Guarantee partner satisfaction with on site Genoa team members’ performance via regular communication and on site visits with account leadership. Present statistical data via one on one leadership meetings and or luncheons with upper level managers of contractual partners. Troubleshoot any areas of concern swiftly. -Implement new sites from beginning to opening. Meet with CEO/COOs to discuss needs and expectations. Write personalized service plan for new accounts. Interview, hire, and train new employee. Set up offices and IT equipment. Ensure successful integrate of Genoa services. -Build community relationships via fundraising events and or community outreach. Participate in health fairs and conferences. -Sale and market Genoa Services inside and outside of clinical settings to grow existing accounts and/or create leads for new accounts.
