This role was part of a new team, CSS Transformation Management Office. I provided direction and leadership for the program management team and Program Management/Change Management approach. I was responsible for leading a team of 10 program managers, supporting the execution of high priority workstreams by developing, managing, and owning project plans in partnership with working teams and stakeholders. I partnered closely with key stakeholders across the support functions to achieve workstream objectives in alignment with the overall Support Transformation strategy.

My specialization was in process and system design, testing and end user training / change management. I was experienced in leading clients and global teams through complex program design and delivery.
I led English curriculum for 9th and 12th grade students.
