• I run the AGSM Angel Investors Program (graduated 100+ angels) • I recruit and assess top teams to invest in and manage the Founders Fund portfolio of investments (50+) • I coach early stage startups, with a particular focus on capital raising • Designed and executed the UNSW Founders pre-accelerator and accelerator programs (incl. 10x and Health 10x) - supported 250+ startups through these programs. Startups range from idea stage to capital raise. • Work with hundreds of speakers and mentors, who contribute to the programs • Support other UNSW Founders programs, including mentor in New Wave Program, addressing the gender gap in entrepreneurship and the Peter Farrell Cup, UNSW's prestigious pitch competition.

• Designed and executed the Incubator’s programs and activities – including 60 events and three programs running for the first time; pre-accelerator program, pre-accelerator social enterprise program and entrepreneurial mindset and emotional intelligence program. • Started the monthly Women Leaders and Innovators Meetings (50-100 participants per month) and MQ Incubator Meetup group (1000+ members) • Campaigned over 2000 innovators as new community members
 • Supported 30+ startups in the coworking space • Influenced the Global Leadership Program to include Innovation and Entrepreneurship activities in their credit table • Connected with the Sustainability Office, won the Incubator’s first Target Better Futures award and put it on track to be more sustainable. • Executed the University Global Incubator Program - incl. the National University of Singapore Summer Program the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology exchange program.
