During my career with HPE Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Mercury Interactive that spanned over a decade, I have worked in several roles that have ranged from Tier 1 customer support in the Service Operations Center to team lead in Tier 2 where customer 24x7 monitoring needs were addressed by designing automated solutions using the HP LoadRunner, HP UFT/QTP and HP Business Service Management products which are a part of the APM (Application Performance Monitoring and Management) suite. I have a strong passion for customer satisfaction and quality in all facets of the SaaS business while continuously taking measures to improve internal operations to improve the effectiveness of the service offering. Also, as technology is evolving at a vary fast pace, I am very interested in expanding my software QA and automation knowledge to effectively use such skills as needed.
