Brian Gould's Expertise Since 1985 I have worked with IBM, AT&T, Xerox and other Enterprise clients analyzing, configuring, operating, maintaining, administering and managing call center voice telecommunications. Started at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD then the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC for ROLM, a division of IBM. Left DC for the EPA in RTP, NC with contractor DynCorp. From there to AT&T solutions in support of United Health Care. Short gig at United in Hartford, CT then to American Water in Alton, IL, the nations largest Water Utility. Then to ACS/Xerox in Cary, NC. Worked initially with ROLM systems and then what has evolved into Avaya. Goal is to stay abreast of latest technologies and strategies in the industry until 2025 and perhaps beyond. Specialties: Avaya call center systems and software. Semi-pro Drummer
