Cameron Abbott’s Expertise I have 13 years of customer service experience. I started my career at Best Buy beginning with person-to-person sales for seven years and in a a back-office role for the last three. My recent experience includes managing all AR duties for BRT for the past three years. This included collections, sales adjustments, data analysis and research, deposit processing, and any other related AR duties as needed. While doing these tasks I have also managed the claims process for the first two years of my time with BRT. Duties and responsibilities included claims processing, collections, data analysis and reporting, and any other related tasks as needed. My last year has adjusted to taking over our carrier compliance department to ensure the carriers used by BRT met our framework and requirements for setup. Responsibilities include data entry, credit and documentation analysis, risk assessment, and denial processes. While working on AR duties I have utilized over 15 different programs and data systems to cross-reference and analysis data as needed. This has allowed me to sharpen my skills with the Microsoft Office suite including building basic macros in Excel to automate processes used daily by BRT.
