At Greenville Health System I was responsible for not only being the Instructional Designer for Professional Billing, Cogito & Research Billing, I was also a build team member. Having the opportunity to work as both an ID and analyst increased my build knowledge as well as my practical application and made me more knowledgeable working in and building Epic software. I was also able to take the Professional Billing lead on a Community Connect project. I worked as a build coach to not only the build team, but also the training team. In my most current role with Spartanburg Regional (an SBO organization), I am a build analyst working on various tasks for PB, HB and Claims. I now have experience working multiple go lives across multiple locations as well as multiple upgrades and I have extensive build and training experience.
