I am very serious when it comes to resident centered care and satisfaction. I maintain the line of communication with each resident and family members to assure that they are content and happy. It is also my job to let them know that they do have choices in this area of their life, I know that the Heart of the facility is the Dining Room. They do get to eat three times a day and they enjoy it and look forward to each meal. I am very passionate for people and am hoping to find somewhere that I can share my passion with enthusiasm and ideas. I worked at Via-Christi Village for just under 5 years and am looking to find a place that is needing a employee such as myself to work. Unfortunatley I did leave because the building seemed to be going in a different direction. Via Christi Village
