  I am a single mom of 5 grown children and 2 granddaughters. I worked in a variety of areas providing a wide assortment of knowledge and skills. I have worked for car dealerships selling cars, very successfully. I was a mortgage broker for years and during that time also opened a commerical cleaning business which grew to cleaning , painting and carpentry. I did begin to move the comapny into residential as a GC . I sold the business as I preferred commercial to residential. I have created and owned other small businesses such as a bakery that provided allergy safe treats, very stressful, sold the recipies. I then opened a pet bakery and 2 pet stores. During covid I closed the pet stores and decided it was time for a new chapter. I worked at Abbott producing the covid test kits and then moving into inventory analyst/ planning coordinator. I have also managed a multi company office which increased my skills in AP/AR, procurement, logistics both in country and international. I was on their projects team as a project manager for overseas projects which included procurement, logisitcs and customs, time management, organization of multi state and multi country employees and vendors. I am currently a case manager for a person with ALS. I manage the home, appts, dr, care givers, care needs and medcations. My favorite of all my positions has always been the fast paces, high energy, high stress jobs. I love wheeling a dealing in procurement and sales. I am very good a seeing the whole picture to aid in projects, their timeline, and logistics . I enjoy a challenge and do not mind long hours.. I have decided its time for a new chapter so I completed the course to obtain my CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor). I have completed the educational portion. I worked at Lake Behavioral Hospital as the Discharge Coordinator and interned at Lake County Addiction Treatment Program. I am currently a CADC Counselor at Nicasa Bridge House .
