Recently served as Lead Engineer for the B-1B Inertial Navigation System Replacement aircraft upgrade development and production program. Also served as the B-1B technical expert for all communications, navigation, surveillance, cryptographic, and global air traffic management military aircraft capabilities.

Served as lead and project engineer for communications, navigation, surveillance, and signit modifications for the F-22, B-1B, U-2, Global Hawk, various cruise missiles, tacit rainbow, X-30, Joint Stars, CMMCA, and other platforms, hardware, computer systems, software, systems architecture, antennas, data buses, and data links.
