Responsible for all documentation of Proposals and Contracts and Negotiations, including monitoring manager's tasks, managing/creating databases, and producing weekly, monthly, and annual reports of all aspects of such. Responsible for monitoring three separate email accounts pertaining to all Proposals and Contracts and Negotiations. Responding to messages, recording and documenting all information in various files, tables and databases. Organizing information into graphs, tables and reports for various managers, including the President.
