Responsible for operations of all programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a rural five county area in North Florida.

Responsible for collecting and creating the import list for an event ticketing system, pre-event. During the event, I hire/manage a crew to operate the non-revenue admission. Also responsible for being the "problem solver" for all admission types (revenue or non-revenue). For merchandise, I am responsible for pre-sale inventory, post-sale inventory and settlement with the artists.
