While in the workforce working as a HR Professional, I was a highly skilled professional equally skilled at supporting the line managers and employees. I was a member of the following professional organizations: Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Bayou Society for Human Resource Management (Bayou SHRM), Louisiana Society for Human Resource Management (LASHRM) and Association for Talent Development (ATD). I also served two terms as President of the Bayou SHRM Chapter from 2013-2014. I have been a member of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs, Morgan City Chapter for 30 plus years where I have served in every board position. Currently, I'm serving in the capacity of treasurer.
My community service project is serving on the Board of Directors for St. Mary Outreach/United Way. I serve my local church in the capacity of Usher Ministry Leader and Sunday School Teacher for the adult class. My calling is to serve others and this I do heartily.
