This included working with consultants and applicants to ensure that their project designs were in compliance with all appropriate District criteria. To do this, I balanced the needs of the proposed development with the required criteria and was often able to develop creative solutions to design problems that still met the intent of the regulatory criteria and saved the client time and money.
