- I'm currently Finance Senior Director at BCG X, leading finance for the combined Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA) region. Prior to BCG X, I have worked in various operations leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group during 2019–2022. I relocated to Germany from Singapore, where I was Head of TBWA\ Digital Arts Network (DAN) Singapore. I joined DAN as Business Director in April 2014. Just in two years we more than doubled the revenue, won two Digital Agency of the Year 2015 awards, and got DAN listed no. 19th in the Warc's top 100 global best digital/specialist agencies 2016, being the best Southeast Asian agency in the ranking. Prior to TBWA\DAN and relocating to Asia, I was CEO of Into-Digital Ltd, an award winning and one of the most profitable digital agencies in Finland, for over five years. I was also Partner and Member of the Board at Into-Digital’s parent company, marketing and communication corporation Viestintäkonserni Into ja Ida Ltd, that was listed in the year 2011 as "the most profitable corporation in Finnish marketing industry”.
