Responsible for company-wide photography for national firm. On-location & in studio, including project photos, headshots & portraits, products/merchandise, staff at work both in office & field, as needed throughout all offices across the country - Work alongside Creative Director to conceptualize on-brand content - Direct & shoot photo/video for both internal & external company campaigns - Enhance the image of the company and showcase company culture by producing quality photography of projects and staff for use in all marketing collateral, advertising, social media & website material. - Create custom stock photo content on an as needed basis to be able to produce more unique website content, marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, blog posts & social media content. - Expert level post processing, including color correction, photo retouching, enhancement & manipulation of all images used throughout the company, using Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop in a timely/efficient manner - Established and maintain photo database & manage image cataloging for company wide use. - Graphic design services for various marketing collateral, proposals & projects using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator - Collaborate with the creative team in brainstorming & execution of both internal & external advertising/marketing campaigns
