• Serves as AFRL-wide expert on civilian recruiting and manages AFRL Corporate Recruiting Program

• Coordinates with Army Servicing Team on civilian personnel actions, initiates RPAs for personnel actions such as hiring, transfer, realignment, reassignment, etc.
• Provides guidance on VEOA, reinstatement, 30% disabled veterans as well as other recruitment categories
• Focal point for all military personnel actions, awards, evaluations, and manpower
