Machining, welding, electrical maintenance, safety, computer applications and human resource training are some examples of those needs. Frank visits industries to help with needs assessments, training grant applications, and to develop customized training programs that meet specific learning objectives.Partnered with Southeast Technical Institute to deliver truck driver training programs. Recruited students and handled all logistical support for training. Worked with local, regional, and national carriers on training grants. Designed marketing materials and helped write numerous press releases picked up by area print, radio, and television.Coordinated all aspects of training for 1,200 manufacturing personnel. Planned and instructed each subject area using a wide variety of teaching and motivational aids, and implemented strategies to engage students in active learning. Interfaced closely with insurance company to ensure low accident ratios. As Safety Specialist, collaborated with contractors, architects, and engineers on major remodeling and building expansions.
