I carried this belief and values to each position I held throughout my career, down to the actual work I do everyday. My experience includes working for a grassroots, nonprofit community-based organization to one of the nation's largest community college districts. I value integrity, diversity, and thrive at innovation. As a reality-based visionary, and my personal mission is guided by the Rotarian model of service above self. I have worked in a myriad of capacities and with a broad spectrum of constituencies including CEOs, VIPs, donors, entertainment professionals, clients accessing food boxes, immigration services, and homeless sheltering, students seeking scholarships, alumni, corporate partners, board members, faculty, administrators, and more. I am a group facilitator, meeting and special event planner (audience sizes have ranged from 10-1,500 people), fundraiser and development officer - experienced in all facets of the development process. I am skilled in handling confidential and sensitive issues, managing crisis communication, and resolving conflicts in a prompt and timely manner. Practicing and promoting ethics and ethical standards, respect, kindness, honoring privacy and confidentiality, and promoting collaboration are key cornerstones of who I am. As a manager/supervisor, I promote a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture.
