Managed, trained, mentored, and deployed a squad level team of Medics in support of Army watercraft missions, troop medical clinic operations, unit level training exercises, and medical readiness sustainment and reporting. Prepared, supervised, and improved first aid (combat life saver) training utilized by all military and civilian organizations on Ft. Eustis, Virginia. Established, conducted, and refined a training curriculum in order to prepare unit medical personnel for performing patient care in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) contaminated environment. Independently provided emergency medical care for casualties in remote field settings, including aboard Army watercraft and during transportation convoys through hostile regions. Provided patient care in the clinical setting under direction of a medical officer (physician assistant or greater).
