Responsible for managing and driving global customers' escalations and emergencies and gain customers' satisfaction and productivity effective parts utilization with proven records. 3. As a leader with empowerment style and the business awareness, coach and motivate UDC Customer Support Shanghai Team by actively sharing of experiences and challenges team to deliver support service with high efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Be the SPOC to UDC Solution R&D teams and accoutable for contiuously providing customers' product feedback for product improvement.

1.Coach the Organization/Team/Scrum Masters/Product Owners to apply Lean/Agile disciplines/values/principles with providing the trainings and facilitating the workshops, to see the big picture, to optimize the whole and to identify and solve impediments. 2. Collaborate different parts in Org and oversee the architecture of organization’s structure and operations to achieve the refining and transformation. 3.
