Together with Ms. Smirnova, she formed Plan A, a non-profit foundation whose mission is to provide mentorship, education, resources, and accountability to self-driven women and first-generation immigrants to help them achieve their life’s vision. Ms. Kassatkina Jones is also a Board Member of The Autism Community in Action (TACA), a leading national organization whose mission is to provide education, support and hope to families living with autism. Since its inception in 2000, TACA has served families in the US and abroad with all of its programs and services offered at little or no cost.
