- AD One Identity: Reset passwords, Account setups, AD troubleshooting.
- Omni-Channel: Chat support system for all internal Salesforce users.
- Inbound and Outbound phone support system for all internal Salesforce users.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and configure Smart Cards, Hard Tokens and Soft Tokens.
- Engineering & ProjectWise cases: Troubleshooting CAD drawings issues.
- Point of Contact tech with EUC Technicians for HUI cases.
- Mobile devices: Setups, troubleshooting through InTune Company Portal and Secure Hub.
- MS O365 Admin: Simplify setup, deployment over the cloud.
Network and Infrastructure Admin \ IT Support Analyst \ Internal IT Helpdesk\ Desktop support technician.
Inbound or Outbound phone support for onsite or remote users.
Troubleshoot Network connectivity issues: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, & WINS.
MS Office Support: Setup\Troubleshoot and diagnose all related issues.
Mobility: Android, iPhone, iPads, Tablets: ActiveSync setups and troubleshooting.
Active Directory: Password resets, Account setups and troubleshooting.
