In 2014, Jacqi began working as a consultant with the Benedictine Health System as they developed their Relationship Management Program.

In 2009, Jacqi took a step back from consulting to manage the marketing and development efforts at a non-profit senior care campus in Wahpeton, ND. Together with the management team and community volunteers she:

• Created a 3-5 year strategy for facility philanthropy, including organizational case statement and communication and marketing plan
• Facilitated a successful capital campaign, raising more than 500,000
In 2006, Jacqi helped launch a regional publication for auction lovers. Working as hard as her client, she:
• Set up procedures and systems for a successful launch of the company.
• Developed a launch plan to maximize publicity with minimal cost.
• Established relationships with industry leaders and built a strong customer base though networking, "retail politic" and strategic prospecting.
In 2000, Jacqi began working exclusively with small businesses. Her passion for their success comes from the heart of an entrepreneur. For 10 years, she helped her clients:

In 1996, Jacqi launched her business career with a small telecommunications company in Minnesota. As a invaluable adviser to the owner, she helped him build his company into Minnesota's largest cellular dealer chain.
