Jaquelin Ketola’s Expertise I have extensive experience in the area of Customer Service. I was a Sales Representative for Delta Airlines from 1992-1995. I have been a Customer Service Specialists with the Federal Government since 2002. My experience is diversified because I have worked as a Supervisor in a Customer Service Call Site as well as a Customer Service Technician in a face-to-face environment in a walk-in customer assistance office. I was a part time Travel Agent, in Cincinnati Ohio. I began my career as a Travel Agent to supplement my income. I took this position at the travel agency to not only supplement my income but to also gain experience after graduating from Tri-State Travel School. The travel industry changed tremendously and I changed with it. I learned to sell all types of travel products including cruises, junkets and religious mission travel. I was available to assist customers who was stranded in airports due to weather delays or missed connections. I further assisted customers when accommodations were either unacceptable or transportation to the hotel or resort did not show up. I made leisure travel recommendations and made travel arrangements for all types of leisure travel; more specifically, Disney packages both stateside and abroad, fall leaves travel, and more. My inside knowledge ensured customers would not be wasting time and money on travel or activities they were not interested in. I also ensured customers budget needs were met and made recommendations based on their interest and budget. I took every opportunity selling and up-selling travel packages and upgrades on cruises, vacation packages, airlines and car rentals. I am proficient assisting customers on inbound/outbound calls. I have a home office with up-to-date IE, SKYPE, and non-satellite high-speed internet provided by AT&T. I am comfortable and proficient speaking with customers over VOIP using a headset. I am available to work from 7:00 am -midnight seven (7) days a week.
