As the Chief Technology Officer, I provided executive leadership for UFG’s enterprise technology operations. A significant focus of my role was to spearhead large-scale digital transformation projects, including the development of data-driven analytics capabilities to allow executives and board members to make well-informed strategic decisions for nine multinational franchise concepts.
While in this role, I orchestrated a digital transformation project to migrate all legacy systems to a single cloud-based platform. After the migration was complete, I sourced and implemented a 360-degree, cloud-based business intelligence and data visualization solution to allow for increased planning and forecasting accuracy globally.

Franchising Over 30 Years!
Accurate Franchising is United Franchise Group’s consulting division, focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses start and expand successful franchise operations.
As the President, I drove the division’s strategic direction and vision, successfully transforming the company from an idea into a world-renowned franchise consulting agency. This included developing all aspects of the brand from scratch, including the creation and management of branding, marketing, operations, and sales strategies.
While in this role, I increased the division’s revenue from 150k to 1M within one year. I also developed and implemented a recurring revenue model to drive profitability and sustainability.

As the Director of Franchise Development, I was hand-selected to redevelop the global franchise sales and marketing programs for seven franchise brands in the UFG portfolio. This included managing a team of nine direct reports who were responsible for overseeing enterprise sales and marketing functions. As the franchise development senior leader, I focus heavily on ideating and implementing process improvements and cost reduction strategies on a global scale.
While in this role, I digitized all paper-based forms and applications, leading to a 5,000%+ increase in franchise sales response rates. I also implemented streamlined processes and procedures, leading to a 200% increase in YoY revenue.

As the Regional Vice President, I provided leadership for all franchise sales and franchisee support functions for three non-retail brands in the US West & Southwest regions. This included developing and managing relationships with prospective franchisees, as well as conducting quality control market visits for existing franchise locations.
While in this role, I served as the broker of record for Transworld Business Advisors in the state of California. After six months, I was promoted to a corporate executive role and relocated to the corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida.

As the Regional Vice President, I provided leadership for all franchise sales and franchisee support functions for UFG’s new and unestablished brand, Transworld Business Advisors, within the US Southwest region. This included sourcing and vetting franchisees, as well as fostering ongoing relationships with existing franchise locations.
While in this role, I sold 36 territories in the first full year, effectively setting a new company record. Within 18 months, I was promoted to a new role and relocated to Los Angeles.

Led my real estate team of 12 agents to 5M in sales, in first full year. Sold real estate brokerage to Halo Group Inc (HALN) in 2010. Drove our growth to become the 8th largest real estate brokerage in the State of Texas by number of transactions. Featured on the hit Reality TV show "My First Home" as the premier broker in Dallas, Texas. Also filmed a pilot for Million Dollar Listing Dallas.
As the President of Halo Group Realty, I drove the growth to over 185 agents, 40+ transactions per month and 20M+ in sales. Nominated for and won the Forbes 30 under 30, Realtor Magazine 30 under 30, and the Dallas Business Journals Minority Business leader award in this role. Developed a real estate technology platform that revolutionized online real estate sales processes and methodology.
Became the broker of record for a real estate technology platform that grew to 45,000 agents, with over 3B in real estate sales nationwide. The company was acquired News Corp (NWS) for 210M in 2018
I joined the Air Force at age 17 (2A1X1 MOS) and served active duty in England and in Operation Enduring Freedom, separating after five years with an Honorable Discharge.
