• Using SAP managed maintenance program, creating notifications, work orders, purchase order submittal.
• Document and track equipment history to develop maintenance trends and broadcast upcoming maintenance.
• Responsible for the plants high reliability maintenance program and equipment valued at over 50 million dollars.
• Train junior personnel to troubleshoot and repair equipment, take ownership and upkeep equipment.
• Improved plant operational reliability by upgrading obsolete equipment, tracking manufacturer support periods.
• Monitor, operate, maintain, and repair instrumentation and electrical equipment in a high reliability environment,
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and electrical equipment while maintaining focus on process conditions and safety.
• Performs calibrations and periodic maintenance on flow, pressure, and temperature transmitters.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair analyzers, safety and environmental, while maintaining environmental regulations.
• Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) upkeep and maintenance, regulation management.
• Coordinate maintenance with mechanic and operational departments to ensure all necessary process conditions are bypassed so that no process upsets occur and all plant personnel are kept safe.
