I have a passion for learning which has led me down many different paths starting at programming, moving on to customer service, and then combining the two skills in to a role as an account manager. I started out as an account manager for VinSolutions websites, and when Cox Automotive acquired Dealer.com I was one of the first members of our team to transition to Dealer.com. During the first year I acquired as much knowledge about the web platform as I possibly could, and assisted my team members in becoming familiar with the new product as well. After that first year I accepted a role as a Coaching Solutions Lead where I acted as a support system for our newly transitioning Account Managers and training new hires during a morning training session. While in the Coaching Solutions Lead role I was tasked with creating a space within our knowledge base to be used by all of our offices. While I loved the work I was doing, unfortunately the role was eliminated from our Kansas City office and I was offered a position as a Digital Strategist managing accounts again where I worked for an additional two years. I have recently accepted a new job as a Senior Product Consultant with the Dealer.com Sales Organization. In this new position I will be performing product demos for potential customers as well as acting as a source of knowledge for our sales team in the Kansas City office. Dealer Com
