- My name is John Ardila. and I am a focused instructor with over 20 years experience in the Aviation industry. This industry has been the greatest joy and passion of my professional life. Thanks to this career I have been in around the world in remote places meet incredible people and learned first hand the dream of flight. As a young man I had the joy of seeing my own father teaching, and this trade became a part of one of my favorite ocupations, I have instructed nearly 300 plus students for their initial Type rating Embraer 170/190 Captains and First Officers. Also instructed CRJ-700. And recently 737,777 at American Airlines. My experience range from flying the Heavy MD11 across the North Atlantic tracks, Africa, Europe and all of South America. Before becoming an Airline Pilot I was a licensed aircraft technician, and also travelled with the airplane around the world keeping the responsibility of maintaining the aircraft airworthy. I have helped lots of dedicated students, acquaintances get jobs, and career orientation.
