Responsible for all HR functions for nationwide employees and 10 branch offices at Expedited Travel, G3 Global Services and subsidiary businesses. Investigate and resolve all employee complaints including but not limited to: wage and hour, harassment, unfair treatment, etc. Payroll System management (Training, employee compliance, data integrity). Payroll liaison (correct exceptions in payroll software and finalize payroll with Accounting Manager). Benefit administration for all employee benefit plans including Insurance and PTO Consolidated the benefit plans for all subsidiary companies into one cohesive set of plans. Assisted in new company acquisition where it relates to HR. Serve as a customer / employee /business advocate (Complaints / Survey Reviews). Serve as an active member of the site leadership employee engagement task team. Managed new employee selection process, including all interviewing and hiring of new staff members. Training of new employees to include but not limited to internal processes and customer service skills. Created policy and procedures where it relates to employee management and relations. Selected and administered a new 401K plan for the company.
