Supervised, coached,and developed a team of material handlers performing logistics operational process. Ensure line side delivery to the right location, in the proper container, and in the correct quantity while maintaining FIFO change control principles. Supervised day-to-day logistics operations of a team to achieve targets in performance and production to support plant production requirements. Perform process improvements and implement new process methodologies for ongoing efficiency efforts. Develop, coach and empower associates by administering and managing processes, maintaining work schedules, performing time administration, and assessing associate performance.

*Ensure availability of parts to support production and material planning targets in S3 plant. *Perform data processing in the Material Planning system and support series production, parts run-in and run-out, and processing of technical changes within scope of the minimization of obsolescence costs. *Perform data entry in SAP system related to direct delivery, goods transfer to warehouse/plant/other cost centers. *Perform inventory research to support inventory levels, quality, finance or related inventory issues to impact plant inventory accuracy. *Maintain inventory accuracy in area of responsibility via daily counts and adjustments on all BW/BD/ED parts. *Maintain accurate line side inventories through daily cycle counts, hot calls for replenishment, follow up on ECP changes run in/out material, line balance, visual management, and daily Kanban ordering. *Communicate Line Side Delivery Performance issues with Material Handlers, Production and Logistics Leadership. *Certified Level 4 Logistics Team Trainer; train all Logistics Support Associates on SAP WM functions for area of responsibility. *Maintain LOSPA boards. *Work with Logistics Sections Leader in identifying inefficiencies in process and developing process improvements to increase utilization percentages. *Write new and update current Logistics Process Sheets for Hall 52. *Proxy for Section Leader on scheduled shifts off. *Conduct problem solving for process failures and LDP impact. *Conduct daily/monthly cycle counts and monthly staging of audits to ensure inventory accuracy. *Conduct weekly/monthly process audits to ensure process adherence. *Maintain parts flow to support assembly line production. *Monitor systematic inventory movements to ensure accountability of all inventory. *Monitor systematic and physical inventory plant wide to prevent or minimize interruption to production. *Create new and updated existing Process Sheets/Work Instructions.
