- Understanding users, transforming needs into a product vision and seeing it materialize is exciting work. For the last 5 years, I have been building an artistic patronage site which hosts more than 500 artists and 3000 enthusiasts. As an entrepreneur, my role has been to bring a project to fruition, all the while maintaining a vision and cohésion within a team of seven. Being the mediator within the business, and between various interests with those of the stakeholders, has allowed me to understand and embrace executive, legal, marketing, developer, user experience and design visions. With these many roles i have had in this small business, i have developed skills which today allow me to better understand the stakeholders. • General Manager (strategic and business vision), • Product owner with five developers from 2015, • Digital marketing management and supervision, • UX analyst, analysis and understanding with user research and market studies, • Technical development in Python and ReactJS since 2019. I am looking for new perspectives and experiences in product development and project management, and welcome all opportunities for improvement in these fields.
