I run the Analytics and Data Management practice at the Hackett Group with over 70 consultants in the US and Latin America. My group is split into four sub-practices; Analytics and BI, Data Integration/Modeling/Virtualization, Data Governance and Master Data Management, and Big Data and Advanced Analytics. I am responsible for all aspects of the Analytics and Data Management practice including hiring, training, and managing the consultants, pre-sales activities, project scoping and management. I also speak regularly at professional symposiums, seminars and conferences on the business value of analytics and creating an analytics-centric, sentient, organization.

Invited to speak regularly about BI, data warehousing, and advanced analytics at a variety of seminars and professional conferences. Grew the BI business by 40%.

Responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the firm and maintained key client relationships across north America. Invited to speak at many professional conferences on the value of analytics and business intelligence and the future of BI, data wareshousing and analyticts. Prepared the company for acquisition and led the acquisition and transfer to the acquiring entity.

Principal Systems Consultant and Member of the Advanced Technology Group at Brio Technology (Brio Software). Worked with the world-wide sales organization to position Brio in the marketplace. Created innovative custom solutions for clients using the Java JDK. Created Brio@Brio dashboarding solution for internal project that later became part of the solution set. Worked with largest clients to deploy software to thousands and tens of thousands of users. Presented at professional seminars and conferences.
