 Collaborate with leaders, business units, key stakeholders, and human resources business partners to design and implement training solutions that proactively improve the effectiveness of teams, teammates, and processes  Regularly assess and analyze learning needs of the organization based on current and future strategic goals  Identify key stake holders and partner with subject matter experts to conduct performance gap analyses to design and develop course curriculum and programs that improve organization performance and specifically address identified performance gaps  Partner in the development of learning content both internally and in partnership with external vendors while striving to strengthen and enhance working relationships with vendor partners  Conduct on-site facilitating and/or delivery of training programs as an educator, train the trainer, moderator, or event facilitator in both face to face and e-learning sessions  Facilitate leadership training that assists leaders in efforts to coach, develop, and lead teams toward maximizing potential and surpassing performance goals  Measure, track, and report training effectiveness assessment to corporate leaders  Leverages strong communication and leadership skills to act as a catalyst to ensure learning and programs are successfully implemented across the organization
