Kait Smith's Expertise My passion in the professional field is with event production and execution. I have a great deal of experience in coordinating a variety of events, including: social events, corporate events, non-profit events, and much more. My current position is as an Event Producer with Clafoutis, LLC and previously I was an Event Coordinator with David Stark Design and Production. In these roles, I work directly with a project management team to develop all aspects of a project’s planning, production, and design from ideation, proposal creation, and budgeting through production, installation, and completion. Throughout my college career, I also held the role of Executive Director of the Campus Activities Board at Point Park University, where I oversaw the administrative, programming, and marketing efforts of thirteen Executive Board members. Part of my role in that position consisted of managing an extensive budget for the entire academic year and coordinating the production of more than 80 events in that same time frame. In addition to my studies in college and my passion for all events, I was also the team captain of the Point Park University Women's Varsity Basketball team. I significantly developed my communication and leadership skills as a varsity player on this team through all four years of my college career, all of which enhanced my overall capabilities both on and off the court.
