I am a certified Master Level Executve Coach with an extensive management background, which he has acquired over a period of 16 years in numerous international management positions at Accenture, Bombardier and Perot Systems, amongst others. Before my career as an executive coach, Iwas Managing Director EMEA at the consulting unit of Dell, where I successfully implemented the acquisition and integration of an international consulting firm, among other things. Today I am a Managing Partner at Leadership Choices, one of the leading providers in the area of executive development in Europe. I am a certified management coach and psychotherapist. I am accredited with the International Coach Federation, the Center for Creative Leadership and the World Economic Forum. In addition, I work as adjunct faculty at the Center for Responsible Leadership of the WHU business school in Koblenz. I am a graduate engineer and hold an Executive MBA. My free time I spend pursuing literature, enjoying life with my family and endurance sports (Ironman finisher). I have written several articles and books on the subject of coaching, resilience and authenticity, including “Coaching und seine Wurzeln” (Coaching and its Roots). I work in German and English and live near Heidelberg.
