- I have over 35 years of experience in environmental investigation and remediation for federal superfund sites, RCRA corrective action sites, brownfields and property transfer site. My experience includes extensive work in remedial planning, design, and implementation as they relate to industrial contaminants. I have supervised numerous geohydrologic studies for surface and groundwater contamination from industrial and commercial development and uncontrolled hazardous and solid waste disposal sites. On behalf of various clients including Attorneys, Buyers and Sellers of property, I have reviewed documents prepared by other environmental firms to assess the adequacy of the work performed, identify data gaps, if any, and peer reviewed cost estimates related to outstanding obligations to evaluate and correct environmental liabilities. I have also served as both fact witness and expert witness in litigation on several occasions, including deposition and court testimony. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Professionals’ Organization of Connecticut and am a founding board member and past president. I am also co-chair of the Executive Committee for the CT Society for Women Environmental Professionals and a Board member for CREW-CT. I have served on numerous CTDEEP advisory committees involving the Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) program, the Remediation Standards Regulations and workgroups considering revisions to Connecticut’s remediation programs.
