Kathleen Thomas-Beck's Expertise As RSM’s Florida Market Leader, I am responsible for the client and talent experience, as well as strategic growth efforts across nine offices with over 1,000 employees. I also serve on the RSM Southeast Regional Leadership team. I have spent my career in assisting both our clients and employees in achieving their goals. I have a long history of driving and leading strategic growth efforts with green fielding new locations, start-up solutions, and mergers and acquisitions. I am skilled in the field of risk advisory and leading multi-discipline teams with a commitment to client service, teamwork, integrity and excellence. My expertise includes outsourcing and co-sourcing arrangements, enterprise-wide risk assessment, quantification and mitigation, implementation of risk management processes and methodologies, internal audit department strategic performance reviews and due diligence engagements relating to mergers and acquisitions. I believe passionately in giving back to our communities and have a long history of doing so on both a personal level and as a leader at RSM. I am so proud of our Florida partners and employees who consistently year after year donate countless volunteer hours and raise funds for charitable organizations across Florida. I currently serve on the Board of the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
