Kathy Mcneely’s Expertise Curator of a professional services company that specializes in leadership, personal development, and change management, through coaching and experiential learning workshops. I am a coach and passionate about helping others evolve their best self personally and professionally. Prior to starting my own company in 2012, I spent 28 years in the corporate setting in progressively challenging leadership roles, changing careers within the same company seven times, beginning as a clinician in healthcare to corporate executive management roles. Some of my expertise is: coaching, facilitation, leadership, change management, change integration, organizational effectiveness, conflict resolution, negotiation, training, strategic development, speaking engagements, and entrepreneurialship. I grew up in the military life moving yearly until college. This lifestyle was my first 'mentor' learning to change and adapt quickly and often. I believe learning and growing from life experiences is the best training ground. I am passionate about creating, experiencing new, wellbeing and balance. I have a diverse range of interests in the creative arts, nature, and sports and exercise. ♦ How I Work: I inspire and infuse change in a practical, creative, energized way balanced with challenge and accountability, Adapt to change as an individual process, Ensure solutions and action plans are practical and realistic.
