In summary: I facilitated the acquisition of 11 companies, 250+ people, 400+ rental units and hundreds of millions of transaction income during my role as Statewide Director of Business Development. As Director of Business Development for Hawaii Life, my role involves interfacing with project developers, cooperating brokerages and property management companies, as well as our corporate relocation services. I facilitate mergers and acquisitions on behalf of the company. I am also responsible for growing Hawaii Life's rental business across all channels. I started with Hawaii Life in 2009. As the Statewide Director of Sales I led the company to our all time high - over 1.1 B in residential real estate sales. I participated and helped to facilitate the company’s mergers and acquisitions, while also managing the team of Brokers-In-Charge on each island. Helping to facilitate the growth of the company has provided powerful access to the network of brokers and agents within the firm, and with our global partners. As members of Christie's International Real Estate and Luxury Portfolio International, we’re able to provide an extended reach on behalf of project developers, vacation rental owners and partners, and corporate clients.
