A customer-focused startup, JetClosing’s proprietary platform offers real estate companies and individual agents a robust tool to make closing on a home more transparent and efficient. As the first and only designer, I was responsible for brand management and all print, digital, and web design.
• Partnered with an outside agency for the company rebrand. Independently managed and executed the rebranding of all creative assets.
• Hybrid B2B SaaS and B2C marketing with complex multi-tiered customer journey’s. With an outdated website, I created a landing page (via Wordpress) used for all marketing campaigns, aimed at building trust and understanding in a historically convoluted process. This landing page kicked off and guided the website redesign project.
• Worked with another outside agency for a complete redesign of the website. Participated in and helped guide every step of development from information architecture and UX to visual design direction.

• Retouch, process, and catalog high volumes of images and other media assets. Track and report team output numbers for department-wide communication.
• Led team to clear out the companies backlog of thousands of media assets while increasing the average production numbers by over 200%.
