I'm a goal oriented person committed to better results. I believe that successful teams and projects are truly interdependent. Meaning, the owner, designers, consultants, cities/towns/authorities, contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers all bring something necessary to a successful outcome and that the teams and my success is dependent on the success of those around us.
