Despite my two main approaches, I am able to tailor my approach using a variety of counseling therapies and techniques to meet the need of clients. To educate counselors-in-training on how to deliver multicultural services within ethical guidelines or how to develop their own theoretical approach contributes to my continued professional growth and development as a Counselor Educator. My counseling and educating empathic approaches are fitting and lend a hand to my attempt at empowering, motivating, and working with anyone seeking help.
