I enjoy leadership roles and working directly with people and teams. I collaborate well with all types of people including entry level personnel, experienced personnel, Directors, VPs, Executives, and customers alike. I take pride in my work and strive to do the best of my ability. I started my career in Social Work from Substance Abuse counseling and prevention to domestic violence education, prevention, and intervention. I also worked as an emergency department Social Worker. I made my way into law enforcement as a 911 call taker and dispatcher where I used both CAD and RMS software, including training new employees. Law enforcement led me to CentralSquare Technologies, formerly TriTech Software Systems. I started off as an entry level support tech assisting customer's with CAD software issues. I was quickly promoted and managed multiple support teams for CentralSquare's CAD, RMS, and Fire product lines under the Public Safety and Justice division. Today I am Director of Support with First Due leading the team to support First Due's Saas Fire and EMS software.
