Responsible for Global Enterprise wide HR projects. Lead project manager working across global functional HR areas, IT, Finance, and Business units to develop and deliver large initiatives across the company.
• LabCorp/Chiltern Integration Projects: Led the integration of multi company Benefit systems, Payroll systems, and other HR systems when Covance was acquired by LabCorp and when Covance bought Chiltern. Coordinated enterprise wide HR, Finance, and IT teams in analysis, design, and implementation efforts to leverage single systems across all companies resulting in 4.2 million in cost avoidance annually.
• Global Payroll Consolidation Project: Responsible for the global coordination and implementation of 40+ countries and payroll vendors into single global payroll provider/platform for EMEA and APAC regions. Functional stakeholder engagement including the Global Payroll Director, IT, HR and Finance teams in the selection of a vendor, documenting project requirements and development of an overall implementation plan. Responsible for coordinating the implementation activities for the different regional payroll teams, IT teams, and the vendor. Delivery of this effort resulted in over 1.2 million in annual savings.

A Sr.PM/Technical Specialist working within the Payroll/HR organization. Led a number of initiatives including a Global Payroll Consolidation effort, company wide rollout of a new HR site, T&L system upgrade in Geneva, as well as other IT/Payroll/HR initiatives.
• U.S. Payroll Upgrade: Project manager responsible for the upgrade from ADP PC Payroll to ADP PayForce. Collaborated with internal cross functional stakeholders and external vendor, ADP, in the modification of interfaces and running parallel payroll tests. Responsible for the overall cutover and delivery of the new system.
• Time and Attendance Upgrade: Developed the upgrade plans and implementation of a cloud-based Time and Attendance platform for our Geneva, Switzerland location. Defined the company and country attendance requirements, configuration requirements, and the testing efforts for this new platform.
• Enterprise Proposal Management System Upgrade: Lead project manager working with IT to upgrade the proposal system from a physical based application to a virtual environment. Provided functional requirements, test scripts, and production implementation plan. Led the user acceptance testing. Other projects that were managed at Covance include other infrastructure and Database upgrades.
