Work collaboratively with Operational Directors and Administrators to ensure all services are administered in accordance to applicable laws for the health care and Medicare industries.
Advise and assist clients in the development of new health care agencies from commencement through completion of project.
Revise and maintain organizational policies, code of conduct and compliance related documentation.
Revise and maintain business agreements such as: Medicare, therapy, independent contractor, business associate, lease, and staff relief.
On-line data entry for credentialing of healthcare providers.
Oversee Accreditation process through the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare, Inc. (ACHC).
Manage multiple phases of the talent acquisition process: candidate research, job
postings, testing, interviewing, and pre-hire documentation.
Extend job offers to qualified candidates.
Conduct orientation of on-boarding and performance appraisals.
Audit personnel files to ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to workers
compensation, I-9, W-4, background checks, and drug testing.
On-line data entry and maintenance of applicant-tracking database.
Administer new hire training and coordinate testing schedules.
Audit payroll time sheets and process for payment.
Perform exit interviews and prepare dissolution documents.
Maintain strategic partnerships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure satisfaction and retention.
